- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a horrible experience here. This bank is severly unorganized and the Tellers looked and acted miserable. They had no supplies that were needed to make transaactions and the teller place blame on other..Also the bank in PNC Mebane branch went out of business WITHOUT ANY WARNING...tALK ABOUT SCARY!!!!!!!! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came into branch to see about loan/debt consolidation and I met with the banker who said she would find out more information, rates and such. It's been 3 weeks now and she has not called me back once, even though I called 1 week in and she said she was still working on it. Got a call today by same lady asking me to come into PNC to talk about their promotions and new things I qualify for (a sales pitch essentially) and I asked about the loans I had came in asking about and she had no recollection!! Find a different branch to go to as the customer service here is not good at all!By Sutton Rowley, January 15, 2017
